Now Hiring (Job Title): Associate Attorney

Job Duties: Attorney will represent Veterans at all levels of the VA Disability System, including the VA Regional Office, Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Attorney will manage a caseload of 100+ clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have license to practice law (Any State Bar Admission is Sufficient)
• Must have 3+ years of VA disability law experience
• Must be accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and have VBMS (Veterans Benefits Management System) Access
• Must be admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
• Must be admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit.

Geographic Requirements: In-office position only, no remote work

Wage Offered: $99,999.00
