Complete paralysis; the hand is inclined to the ulnar side, the index and middle fingers are more extended than nromal, considerable atrophy of the hand muscles, pronation is incomplete and defective, absence of flexion of index finger and feeble flexion of the middle finger, cannot make a fist, and the index and middle fingers remain extended, cannot flex the end of the thumb, flexion of the wrist is weakened, there is pain with deterioration of the muscle.
