Difficulty establishing and maintaining effective work and social relationships

Deficiecies in most areas of life (work, school, family and social relations, judgement, thinking, mood, etc.)

Suicidal ideation

Obsessive rituals that interfere with daily activities

Speech is intermittently illogical, obscure, or irrelevant

Nearly constant panic or depression which affects ability to function independently, effectively, and appropriately

Impaired impulse control (unprovoked irritability with periods of violence)

Spatial disorientation (inability to determine true body position and motion relative to surroundings)

Neglect of personal appearance and hygiene

Difficulty adapting to stressful circumstances (including in a work or work-like setting)

Inability to establish and maintain effective relationships

Total occupational and social impairment

Gross impairment of thought processes and communication

Persistent delusions or hallucinations

Grossly inappropriate behavior

Persistent danger of hurting self or others

Intermittent inability to perform activities of daily living (maintenance of minimal personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, dressing)

Disorientation to time or place

Memory loss (forgetting names of close relatives, own occupation, own name)
