Wide local excision without significant alteration of size or form

Simple mastectomy or wide local excision with significant alteration of size or form of one breast

Modified radical mastectomy of one breast

Simple mastectomy or wide local excision with significant alteration of size or form of both breasts

Radical mastectomy of one breast

Modified radical mastectomy of both breasts

Radical mastectomy of both breasts

During treatment and six months post cessation of any surgical, radiation, antineoplastic chemotherapy, or other therapeutic procedures, after which the appropriate disabiity rating will be determined by a mandatory VA examination. Without recurrence, the condition will be rated based on residual symptoms.

Pelvic pain or heavy/irregular bleeding requiring continuous treatment for control

Pelvic pain or heavy/irregular bleeding not controlled by treatment

Lesions involving bowel or bladder confirmed by laparoscopy, pelvic pain, or heavy/irregular bleeding not controlled by treatment, and bladder or bowel symptoms
